Shipping Policy

At TrioGlow, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Shipping Areas & Fees
We currently ship across Egypt with the following delivery rates:

• Cairo & Giza (Zone 1): 60 EGP – Delivery within 2–3 business days
• Alexandria & Lower Egypt (Zone 2): 75 EGP – Delivery within 3–5 business days
• Upper Egypt (Zone 3): 90 EGP – Delivery within 3–5 business days
• Border Governorates: 110 EGP – Delivery within 3–5 business days

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please make sure to have the exact amount ready upon delivery.

Important Delivery Note
We strongly recommend checking your order upon delivery while the courier is still present to ensure everything is received in perfect condition.

Delays
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we always do our best to deliver on time.
